A gospel singing will be held at Seven Oaks Baptist Church on Friday, September 3rd.  The singing will begin at 7pm and everyone is welcome.  The church is on Rose Road off Highway 192.                                          

The Nancy Volunteer Fire Department will have its monthly fish fry on Friday, September 3^rd from 6 to 9pm at the firehouse.  Cost is $7 for all you can eat for adults and $4 for kids.  Everyone is invited.                 

The White Lily Community Park will have a singing in the park on Friday, September 3^rd at 6:30pm.  Several groups will be performing.  The event is free to the public but donations will taken to benefit the park and refreshments will be available.  For more information, call Steve Sutton at 382-5036.  Bring a lawn chair.                                     

The Aliceton Camp Meeting will be held each night through Saturday, September 4^th.  There will be music and special speakers each evening at 7:00.  The camp is in Gravel Switch and everyone is welcome for the services.       

The Southwestern High School Conservation Club will have its open house on Saturday, September 4^th.  The event will be from 10am to 2pm and every one is invited to see the facility on the SWHS campus.
