For the sixth consecutive season, the Cincinnati Reds have teamed up with Fox Sports Somerset for Somerset-Pulaski County Day.
Somerset-Pulaski County Day will take place on Saturday, April 6th as the Reds take on the Washington Nationals at 1:10 pm at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, OH.
As part of this special day, area residents have the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets in select seating locations and some lucky fans will get a chance to be part of the action.
One area resident will be chosen to be on the field to deliver the official game ball to the mound and another local fan will make the official “Play Ball” announcement.
The Lake Cumberland Cal Ripken Youth Sports League has field level tickets available for purchase locally and will determine which local residents take part in pregame festivities. To purchase tickets and find out how to be a part of pregame festivities, contact Kristi Phillips at (606) 271-2288.
Fans can also pick up hard copy order forms at the Fox Sports Somerset studios or the Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce offices.
The first 20,000 fans in attendance on April 6th will receive a Reds Fleece Blanket presented by Duke Energy Retail. Gates are scheduled to open at 11:40 am.
Discount tickets must be purchased by Friday April 5th to receive the Somerset-Pulaski County Day discount. Discount tickets cannot be purchased at the box office on the day of the game.
